We welcome patients with both Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation claims and Federal Workers’ Compensation (OWCP/FECA) claims. If you have been injured on the job, whether you work for the USPS, TSA, VA, another federal agency, or a state or local employer, we are here to help.
We accept federal employees with accepted work-related injury claims, including employees of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and other federal agencies. We commonly treat back injuries, shoulder injuries, neck injuries, and repetitive stress injuries under OWCP/FECA coverage.
We also treat patients with accepted Massachusetts workers’ compensation claims for state and local employees and private-sector workers injured on the job.
